Ltd., New Delhi (formerly known as Imagination), established in 1989, is a multidisciplinary consultancy organization comprising experienced and dedicated architects, engineers, planners and interior designers, capable of providing a wide variety of professional services — from concept to commissioning — in policy planning, master planning, urban and rural development, feasibility studies, architectural design, interior design and landscape design, along with civil, structural, mechanical and electrical design, project management and construction supervision.
With proven long-standing professional experience and a pan-India presence, the practice has earned a reputation for delivering timely, low-cost, environmentally friendly and intelligent designs to established government and private clients since 1989, matched to their diverse project needs.
Imagination Infratech also provides experienced consultancy services in the field of asset valuation and has delivered projects worth ₹2,500 crore in a short span of time. Dr. Vinay K. Goel

Dr. Vinay K. Goel holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the Chandigarh College of Architecture, which he completed in 1981. He subsequently commenced his professional career in the field of architectural design, working on residential, commercial, and institutional projects. As a key professional, he has been involved in projects related to civil engineering services, with responsibilities encompassing planning, conceptual design, and integration with project management activities.
Dr. Goel is a registered B.Arch. professional with the Council of Architecture, Registration No. CA/82/7090. He has over 42 years of professional experience as an Architect, Interior Designer, and Valuer, serving in the capacity of Proprietor of Imagination and Director of Imagination Infratech Pvt. Ltd.
He joined the Institution of Valuers in 1992 as a Fellow Member, thereby adding valuation services to his professional expertise. In 2009, he began serving the Institution of Valuers as Joint Honorary General Secretary and was subsequently elected as the Honorary General Secretary of this prestigious institution in December 2015.
At present, Dr. Goel is also serving as the Managing Director of IOV-RVF.

Ishan Goel is an Architect and Director at Imagination Infratech Pvt. Ltd. with over 12 years of industry experience spanning architecture, interior design, master planning, and urban development. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) and an M.Sc. in Real Estate Valuation and is registered with the Council of Architecture (CA/2014/64402).
Throughout his career, Ishan has led all phases of project delivery, encompassing conceptual design, comprehensive working drawings, interdisciplinary consultant coordination, BOQ preparation and cost estimation, and rigorous on-site execution. His portfolio includes landmark institutional and commercial developments, including the CBSE Headquarters Building and Avenue One in Dharuhera, Haryana.
Ishan brings specialized technical expertise in high-performance and technology-driven infrastructure as a Certified Data Centre Design Professional (CDCDP®) through CNet Training. In this capacity, he has contributed to critical data centre facilities for premier organizations such as the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) and Software Technology Parks of India (STPI) in Bareilly and Gurugram.
A dedicated advocate for sustainable built environments, Ishan is also an IGBC Accredited Professional (IGBC AP) with a proven track record of delivering high-performance green architecture. He has successfully led projects that achieved IGBC Platinum and GRIHA 5-Star ratings.

Master's in Urban & Regional Planning, SPA New Delhi
Master's in Urban and Regional Planning from the School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi, India. Having a vast experience of more than 43 years in the profession of architectural design and regional planning, as well as airport planning, logistics hub development for air cargo, environmental impact studies, and interpretation of remote sensing data for project analysis.
His vast experience includes the conceptualization and design of integrated planning for townships and industrial areas, with strong master planning skills and involvement in issues related to regional planning projects as a key person. He has worked as a Project In-Charge for land-use clearance and the formulation of operating manuals for planning bye-laws.
He has extensive experience in the conceptualization and design of infrastructure projects and in providing assistance to government bodies in developing land bank policies and rehabilitation policies. He has also developed and established transparent regulatory systems for the development and marketing of industrial areas.
